The PIC16F819-I/P is a 8-bit Enhanced Flash Microcontroller with nanoWatt technology. The PIC16F819 belongs to the mid-range family of the PIC® devices. The devices differ from each other in the amount of flash program memory, data memory and data EEPROM. The PIC16F819 features 8MHz internal oscillator, 256 bytes of EEPROM data memory, a capture/compare/PWM, a synchronous serial port that can be configured as either 3-wire Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI™) or the 2-wire Inter-Integrated Circuit (I²C™) bus and 5 channels of 10-bit Analogue-to-digital (A/D) converter.
